Partner Integrations

Your fleet stack shouldn't be five logins

Geotab connects to hundreds of partners. We help you pick the right ones, make them work together, and stay the one number you call when something breaks.

Why this matters

Integration is the service

The Geotab Marketplace has hundreds of integrations. But the truth is, most fleets don't need hundreds of tools — they need the three or four that fit how they operate, configured so data actually moves between them instead of sitting in separate portals.

Picking those three or four is the part that's hard to do from a product page. The right camera for a refuse truck may not be the right camera for a long-haul tractor. Whether maintenance should live in Fleetio or RTA depends on whether you're a commercial shop or a public agency with a work-order process you can't change. These are experience questions, not catalog questions.

Cameras & Video

Video that holds up

Camera choice is the decision fleets agonize over most, and the right answer depends on the vehicle and what you're trying to prove. We spec against the work, not the spec sheet.

Geotab GO Focus Plus

Geotab's own camera

Road-facing and dual-facing video built by Geotab, so events, video, and vehicle data land in MyGeotab natively with no second platform to manage.

What Argos does

The default recommendation when you want one vendor, one login, and the shortest path to a working deployment.

VisionTrack

Video telematics platform

Multi-camera configurations with AI event detection and a review workflow built for fleets that manage a real volume of incidents.

What Argos does

Where we go for multi-camera builds — refuse bodies, vocational trucks, and anything with blind spots a single road-facing lens won't cover.

Xirgo

Camera and device hardware

Connected-vehicle hardware including dash camera systems, with form factors that cover installations the mainstream units don't fit.

What Argos does

Our option when the vehicle or the mounting situation rules out the obvious choice.

Analytics & Reporting

Turning the data into a decision

GoAnalytics

Dashboards across telematics and video

Combines telematics, camera systems, and analytics into interactive dashboards covering driver and vehicle performance — built for the person who has to present fleet performance to somebody else.

What Argos does

We build the reporting around the questions you're actually asked, whether that's a monthly safety review or a budget defense.

Geotab Data Connector

Fleet data in your BI tools

Streams MyGeotab data straight into Power BI, Tableau, or Excel, so fleet numbers sit alongside your financial and HR data in the reporting environment your organization already uses. No coding required.

What Argos does

We help you decide what belongs in a MyGeotab report and what belongs in your BI stack — they're different questions, and the answer depends on who's reading it.

Maintenance & Diagnostics

Where the work order lives

Telematics tells you a fault code fired. Maintenance software is where somebody does something about it. Connecting the two is what turns engine data into a scheduled repair instead of a notification nobody actions.

Noregon

Heavy-duty diagnostics

Remote diagnostics for commercial vehicles — fault severity, likely cause, and recommended action, rather than a raw code you have to look up.

What Argos does

For heavy-duty fleets where the question isn't whether a light is on, it's whether the truck finishes the route.

Fleetio

Fleet maintenance management

Work orders, service history, parts, and vendor management in one system, with odometer and engine-hour data flowing from Geotab automatically rather than being keyed in.

What Argos does

The common choice for commercial fleets running their own shop or managing outside vendors.

RTA Fleet Management

Fleet management software

Maintenance, inventory, and fuel management with deep roots in public sector fleet operations and the reporting those agencies are required to produce.

What Argos does

Where we point agencies and municipalities whose work-order process is already built around RTA and isn't going to change.

Compliance & Bypass

Keeping trucks moving

Compliance is where most carrier conversations start, and on Geotab it's native to the platform rather than a partner add-on. Bypass is the layer on top — for fleets with clean safety scores, it's one of the few integrations with a return you can calculate on the back of an envelope.

Geotab

Hours of service and DVIR

FMCSA-registered electronic logging with automatic HOS calculation, driver workflows, and inspection-ready log presentation — native to the platform rather than bolted on.

What Argos does

Full details on our ELD & Compliance page, including exemptions and what a roadside inspection actually looks like.

Fleetworthy

Weigh station bypass, tolling, and compliance

Bypass authority at participating sites, toll management, and safety and compliance tooling in one suite. Bypass events tie back to the vehicle record in Geotab rather than living in a separate app on the driver's phone.

What Argos does

We look at your lanes and your CSA scores first. Bypass only pays if you run corridors with participating sites and your scores qualify you — we'll tell you before you buy if the math doesn't work.

Safety & Coaching

After the event

Collecting driver behavior data is easy. Changing behavior, and defending yourself when something does happen, is where these two earn their place.

Predictive Coach

Automated driver coaching

Uses Geotab data to identify risky driving behavior and assign the matching training module automatically, so coaching happens close to the event instead of at a quarterly safety meeting.

What Argos does

We configure which behaviors trigger which modules, so the program reflects your risk profile rather than a default template.

Xtract

Incident reconstruction and claims

Digitizes the accident reporting process and reconstructs incidents from telematics and camera data, producing fact-based liability evidence rather than competing recollections.

What Argos does

Most valuable to fleets carrying real claims exposure. We'll be straight about whether your volume justifies it.

GIS & Mapping

The integration nobody else offers

We connect your agency's existing map layers directly into MyGeotab, so route verification is built on the maps your GIS team already maintains rather than a generic basemap that doesn't know your service areas. It's a genuine specialization — we keep a certified GIS specialist on staff, which is rare among Geotab resellers, and it's why agencies running fixed-route services come to us specifically.

Geotab

Your map layers inside MyGeotab

ArcGIS, OpenStreetMap, WMS, and XYZ tile layers connect directly into the platform, so plow, sweeper, and collection routes are verified against the maps your agency already maintains.

What Argos does

We sit down with your GIS team and build route verification around how your agency is actually organized. Full detail on our GIS Route Verification page.

Rasters, a cdware technology

Turn-by-turn navigation and route management

Puts the route on an in-cab screen — which street is next, which pass the driver is on, and whether the plow is up or down — with live progress back in MyGeotab.

What Argos does

Most valuable where route knowledge lives in one veteran operator's head. We help build that knowledge into the route so it survives a retirement.

Custom integration

Geotab is an open platform. That's a real difference from closed systems where you get the integrations the vendor decided to build, and nothing else.

Geotab SDK & API

Move data where it's needed

Fleet data into the systems you already run — billing, payroll, dispatch, ERP — on a schedule instead of by export.

Geotab IOX

Inputs for what makes your fleet specific

Expansion inputs for PTO, spreader controllers, temperature, driver ID, and third-party sensors the base device doesn't read.

MyGeotab Add-Ins

Custom pages inside the platform

Reports and screens that live inside the platform your team already logs into, rather than one more tab.

Common questions

Before you ask

Can we keep the tools we already use?

It depends. Geotab has a wide range of integration partners, and most industry-leading solutions have chosen to partner with Geotab because they're solution agnostic.

But you may find that Geotab solves the challenge on its own, without the need for a secondary solution. For others, we may need to look at a custom integration — especially for legacy systems.

Who supports it when something breaks?

For most things the Argos team serves as Tier 1 support. We also have highly specialized partners who know their own platform inside and out, so when issues arise we often work in tandem to make sure you get the support you need when you need it.

How long does it take to get connected?

Marketplace integrations are typically seamless — most connect within a matter of days once accounts and permissions are in place. The configuration and reporting setup usually take longer than the connection itself.

Not sure which of these you need?

That's the conversation we're best at. Tell us what you run and what you're trying to fix, and we'll tell you which two or three integrations actually matter — including when the answer is none of them.
