This policy explains what this website collects, why, and who touches it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

This policy applies to argosconnected.com — the pages you are reading now. It does not cover the telematics platform itself. Fleet and vehicle data collected through Geotab devices is governed by your service agreement with Argos Connected Solutions and by Geotab's own terms, not by this page. If you are a customer with a question about your fleet data, that agreement is the document you want.
When you submit the contact form, we receive what you typed into it: your name, company or agency, email address, and — if you chose to provide them — your phone number, fleet size, fleet type, industry, and a description of what you are trying to solve. That message is emailed to our sales team. Nothing else on the site asks you for personal information.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages people find useful. It records page views, referring sites, approximate country, browser and device type, and page load performance. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint your browser, does not follow you to other websites, and does not build a profile of you. We see totals and trends, not individuals.
Our host, Cloudflare, keeps short-lived technical logs of requests to the site as part of delivering pages and blocking attacks. These are operational records, not a marketing tool.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not run advertising or advertising trackers on this site. We do not set marketing or analytics cookies. We do not buy contact lists and add them to what you have given us.
We use your contact form submission to answer you, to prepare a quote or demonstration if that is what you asked for, and to keep a record of the conversation. If you become a customer, that information becomes part of our ordinary business records. If you do not, it stays in our sales inbox and records unless you ask us to remove it.
Three service providers are involved in running this site and its contact form:
Each of these providers is bound by its own privacy commitments. We do not give them permission to use your information for their own marketing.
Contact form submissions live in our email and sales records. We keep them as long as they are useful for the business relationship, or until you ask us to delete them. Aggregate analytics are retained by Cloudflare on their standard schedule and are not tied to you as a person.
Write to [email protected] and tell us what you want changed or removed. We will do it, and we will tell you when it is done. You do not need to cite a statute or live in a particular state to ask — we will honor the request either way.
Some pages link to YouTube, the Geotab Community, and other outside resources. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's site, under someone else's privacy policy. We have no control over what they collect.
This is a commercial fleet website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not quietly start doing something this policy says we do not do.
