Proving what got plowed and treated, and when. Spreader controller data, route completion, and material usage — the reporting that answers a resident complaint or a council question without anyone digging through paper logs.
Moving from breakdown response to a schedule you actually keep. Engine fault codes, service intervals driven by real usage instead of guesswork, and work order management for equipment that does not sit still.
Getting off paper work orders and hand-marked maps. Digital route assignment, in-cab navigation for seasonal and temporary drivers, and verification that the route was completed as assigned.
What video actually changes. Exoneration on a claim, coaching that drivers accept, and the policy questions that come up before a camera program gets approved — including the ones your operators will ask.
Doors open with breakfast. Come early if you want to talk to someone about your own fleet before we start.
Short. We would rather spend the time on the sessions.
Winter operations, fleet maintenance, digital routing, and dash cameras and safety — run back to back with questions taken throughout rather than saved for the end.

We are keeping the sessions classroom-style this year. At our last workshop the discussion inside each session covered what the roundtables were meant to, so we gave the time back to the sessions and to lunch.
Nothing in the day assumes you are an Argos customer, or that you bought your telematics from us. Bring a colleague — just register each person separately so we have an accurate count for the room and the food.
